OK started working there 10 months ago. She is a very very open book person. my husband knows as much about her as he knows about me. He has been comming home for months now and telling me stuff about her. he knows her middle name last name and maiden name and she knows his middle name. one time while they were closing the store together after hours she lifted up her shirt and showed him her stomach. she told him he has a nice butt and that he was sexy. she said out of all the guys at the store he would be the one she would have the affair with. Ok this one is graffic I must warn you but you all need to know how bad this is to understand. She told him that she shaves down there and that she didn't smell bad and she said to him you like me don't you and then invited him oever to her house. My husband is very nieve about it. He did tell her that they needed to filter the conversatons and that they can not talk about sex. But he still continues to flirt. HOw do I get her to back off. I just want to ripp her head off.

Dear me, she's not backwards in coming forwards is she?

Um, if i was your husband and a woman said " i don't smell bad" i would straight away ( nieve or not) see the oposite surely? Hopefully that would turn any man of anyway! I mean it's not like she said and " i smell like a rose", imagine therefore as well, how many guys she has said this to, hope they all used condoms.
Perhaps you need to just play the "sub-concious" mind game with him and put those sorts of comments into his head. So he goes ewwww, and has that thought there in his mind about her.
It seems that at least he is honest and is telling you and also of course, being flirted with is a kind of "nice" feeling regardless, so it seems that he is just lapping a bit of attention but not concerned about taking it further, as he is happily married.
She would probably be the type of women if confronted by a wife to say, "what, are you worried?" and laugh, so no point approaching her i don't think, but that's just my opinion.
I would use phsycology on him as i said above so he can see a different sexual picture of ewww and then as she speaks in that manner, he will back of more from speaking to her i think...
Everything is worth a try hey!

My thinking....She is hoping and trying to get laid....Now before I would rip her head off, which eventually you still may consider, I would tell your husband to tell you everything she says...You really do want to know what is going on...Then if this persists I would have a hot discussion with her right to her face and in very plain English say what you want to say....At the end....tell if if she does not do this, that you may consider tearing her head off.... I think she just may get the message....TC, CComment

I hope everyone understood that I was just fooling on ripping her head off...I was using what she said in my post...My thinking....She is hoping and trying to get laid....Now before I would rip her head off, which eventually you still may consider, I would tell your husband to tell you everything she says...You really do want to know what is going on...Then if this persists I would have a hot discussion with her right to her face and in very plain English say what you want to say....At the end....tell if if she does not do this, that you may consider tearing her head off.... I'm assuming you gathered all this information from your husband, and that you were not present at the late hours of the talk.
Your husband has already put up his guards, you do not need to do anything else. If you put any effort into it, she will most likely feel as if she won the mind game she might have been playing. If she sees she has provoked jealousy, then that would probably be used to feel superior to you.
It seems like your husband is an honest open person, flirting can not be eliminated, so enjoy that you have such a desirable male that can not be had by other women, and that you both seem like a challenge for this petty female.
I'm sure she will soon lose interest when she sees that she is going no where with her play, i mean come on, how many times can a person bring up there vajayjay description........it's repetitive and boring.Comment

It seems to me that as he is coming home and telling you in detail that you should trust him and not worry about this woman, regardless that she not backwards in coming forwards..ANONIf you trust your husband then let it go, you can't go round fighting everyone who expresses an interest in him..
If you don't trust him, then you shouldn't be married anyway.
I agree, there. You can create even more issues if you start non trusting him...
I still believe in my humble "opinion" as you think he is nieve, but probably getting a kick of letting you know someone's flirting with him and he doesn't care as such, as he's telling you... But use the reverse physcology bit.
I still cant get the " i don't smell much" gee, that's like i don't shower often.... or something, eat garlic lots or .....!!!!!
