It is wonderful that you love your wife. It is a shame she has always gained weight. But you must love her, anyway. Maybe she has an illness where she can't stop feeling hungry? Just be kind when you advise her about her weight. You may have to accept there is nothing you can do, however. But carry on being the wonderful husband you are and just support her.

My advice would be to leave the “fatty wife” immediately so she can find someone who values her as she is. That clearly ain’t you, buddy.
From a health standpoint, it’s a good idea to check thyroid and gherelin levels if the weight gain is unexplained. But since the concern here seems to be with appearance, one could also try say, getting over themself.Comment
