      tdccpd--

This new husband sounds like he truely does love you. A lot of men give up on the holding and intimacy when they are having erection problems, his desire to still be close to you speaks volumes of his affection to you.

Perhaps he tried harder before marriage because he didn't want you to reject him. Now that he knows you are there for him always , in good and bad, he feels more comfortable just being himself and not overtrying in that department.

If you have needs that aren't being met, it sounds like he is the kind of guy that will step up to the plate and help you fill them. Holding you is a big one, a lot of women miss the intimacy , the closeness and cuddles when dealing with a partner with ED more so than the sex.

But if its orgasms with him that you're missing, maybe you can convince him to use his hands/mouth/toys with you so that he can help giving you pleasure.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

        A sexual?

I have tried acting like it's not a big deal, being overly sexual, or supportive and turn it towards the medical route. I'm sort of stuck at this point because my husband gets angry and hurt and I'm also feeling angry and hurt. It's hard to not take it personal and I really miss him. Any ideas???
My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have only had sex maybe 3 times. The sex was good right up until we married then he stopped wanting it.He is not having an affair if that is what everyone is thinking. But after much searching and Doctor appointments...I'v had to accept he's an A sexual. So the little blue pill may not be the answer for everyone. He useto come up with every excuse you could imagine for not having sex..then I did some research and had a nice long chat with my husband. There are some good web sites on being A sexual and not the end of the world.

I would never be able to stay in a marriage without sex, it is like denying a totally functional part of yourself for the sake of someone else. Selfish point of view, but I don't see how it can work. When you love someone a lot you naturally feel the need to have sex with him, not for the sex itself but for everything that comes with it. When you are denied that time after time then you can lose your self esteem, feel unloved and unwanted and cannot even function properly as a person. It's one thing to be single and to have accepted a life without sex and another to live with someone you lust every day but never have the chance to be intimate with him for whatever reason. It's like feeling hungry, having food on the plate every day, but not eating it.
