I mixed up my pills - can I get preggers? Help!

I'm taking Tri-Sprintec. The first week's pills are light blue (active), the second are medium blue (active), the third week's pills are dark blue (active), and the fourth week's pills are white, which are inactive. I start my week on Tuesday and end on Monday. I accidentally took Monday's pill on Tuesday and vice versa, so I took six light blue pills, then one medium blue, then a light blue, and then am taking medium blues for the rest of this week. I took them at the same time that I would normally.
The pills are triphasic, which means that the hormone levels vary in each week. They're the lowest in week 1 and highest in week 3. I had unprotected sex three times after missing the pills. Am I still protected? I've been seriously freaking out.

Having done a little research I would say you are probably fine. You took a lighter dose, a heavier dose pill and then another light dose pill, which is a bit like taking a pill several hours late, in terms of how your body is receiving the hormones. I think it very unlikely that your ability to conceive was significantly altered by that one mix up.

However, I am not a health care professional and I think to really put your mind at ease you should call you doctor or clinic and ask.

She took her pills at the correct / normal time of day, the potential problem is that she just took a 'week 2' dose on the last day of 'week 1' (and then took the 'week 1' dose she had skipped on the first day of 'week 2').

I took the medium blue pill at the same time I would have taken the pill I was supposed to take on Tuesday. There was no time delay from when I took any of the pills, I just ended up taking the wrong pill at the same time that I would have normally taken the right pill. Does that make sense? Sorry if I didn't word it correctly.

It's so easy to do that when they are all "blue", the pills I take are one colour for 3 weeks (red), also with the days and with the sugar pills being 1 week of yellow. So the 3 weeks are all the same strength.

Obviously, your Doctor feels that you should have different strengths but perhaps ask if there is one that comes in different colours, not lighter and darker, may be easier for you for future.

I also though think you should be okay, it was a lighter dose but you counteracted that with the continuation of the medium pills after.

It makes sense, I have just never heard of light blue, medium blue, dark blue pills see what happens when you live in Australia?

Some people say that the varying hormones messes up my protection completely, and then others say that each pill contains enough hormones to protect me against pregnancy, so I just don't know what's right. I just moved and don't have a doctor, and the doctor that I used to go to changed offices and now I can't find her. I've tried calling Planned Parenthood but can't get through. I just don't know what's right.
