Brand new! Need some help with cerazette

Hi everyone.
So glad I found this forum.

I missed my cerazette pill yesterday. I took it at 3am instead of 1pm! I have taken todays and some people say I am fine now to carry on as normal. Some say tomorrow and some say 3 weeks.

It's my first wedding anniversary tomorrow and don't want to miss out please help!
