    Placement Problems

I've just gone on my first form of birth control and i picked the Nuva Ring. I put it in thursday night but im a bit confused. as i've seen from pictures and diagrams, i thought the ring was supposed to go all the way in until it kinda went around my cervix. however mine has went in and it says that if u dont feel it its in the right place. I dont feel it at all however its still very close to my opening. am i supposed to push it back even further ior is it in the right place? Please let me know!

lol...you may have a shorter vaginal canal as we all are different, but as long as it isnt falling out constantly..then its ok. As long as it is not sticking out, no matter which way you put it in..I was told it still gives off the hormones it needs too do the job.

        Good luck

Yeah that's fine, but if I were you I'd really try to get it around the cervix, only because there'd be less chance of it falling out, and your partner wouldn't feel it either (no need to take it out during sex).
