    Early period?

I think I have my period, I say think, because it could be spotting. But I am supposed to get it Sunday but I got it this week.

This is my first time on birth control (tri cyclen lo) but I also took an emergency contraceptive the day before I started taking birth control. Could this be why?

I spotted the first 2 months I was on bc. It's probably nothing to worry about, as long as you're regular by the 3rd month.

It's probably just random spotting. This can happen for the first few months, especially with low dose pills.

Don't worry too much about it.

Okay, same thing here! For two periods in a row I have been "extremely" light, and they have lasted no longer than 3 days!!! This is "not" usual! My periods are usually horriffic lol, but now only very little cramping, and very little blood (which is light pink btw). I've been hungry, but I feel like throwing up when I eat (including fruit), and actually did throw up in the middle of a meal the other day. The only thing I'm holding down & feel good eating is peanutbutter sandwiches of all things! Could I be preg? idk what to think, but I am a little hopeful! :- )

From what I've seen, abnormal bleeding is really common with birth control pills, especially in the first couple months. It sounds like you don't have a heavy flow yet, so spotting sounds pretty likely. If you're worried, call your doctor. That's what they're there for!
