Or caps. I'm not comfortable with an IUD, or anything that should be implanted into my cervix. (Maybe someday, but not comfortable with the thought of it now). At the same time, I've been on the pill for around 9-10 years, and I've gotten to the point in my life where I am very concerned with purifying my body. I spend a lot of time reading about foods, drinks, exercises, etc... basically just ways to keep my body it's healthiest. Well, it seems a bit contradictory to do all this, yet pump my body with BC every day. So I am looking for a non-hormonal method of birth control.
The diaphragm came to mind. I did a search on here and found one post where diaphragms and cervical caps are recommended by a few posters.
Anyone have any advice or experiences with diaphragms or caps?
