    Just make sure the condom fits him properly and that there's extra space at the tip. That way the condom has a much smaller chance of breaking when he ejaculates.

    Also, try not to be frugal with condoms. Some people believe cheaper is better in all situations, but for condoms that's not true. You can get reliable name brand condoms for about $6-$7 at Walmart or something similar. Don't just get the cheapest kind with the name you've never heard of!

    If you are on bc, and he always wears a condom properly, but you still feel he should pull out then do whatever precautions will make you sleep at night.

          The only reason I have heard that a condom would not be safe is if you are allergic to latex. Am I missing something? Do you mean 'not safe' as in likley to fail. In that case they are 99% effective. But using an oral birth control in addition to a condom never hurts. Gives peace of mind also.
