Spotting for a week
I went to France for a week and because of the change in time zones, I was unable to take my birth control at the usual time. I just had my period for the month a week prior, but when I got home, I started spotting lightly, but after a few days, it got to the point where my tampon would be soaked. It has been a week and I am still spotting heavily. Is this normal? I'm seeing my doctor at the end of the week, but I still have a couple days until then. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -
I dont think this is normal, your saying its heavy spotting, i presume you mean constant? or are there breaks? either way to be safe get it checked, but its probably just because you changed, but if it gets really heavy, or is constantly really heavy i would rush the appointent to be on the safe side. There are tablets you can get to ease the bleeds, i have them, as i have what they call 'unusual' constant bleeds. lol. But thats implanon in the wrong person. Keep me posted as i am nosey, and its a fact :PTake it easy! One step at a time x -
Thanks for your reply. The first couple days had breaks here and there, but it has been constant the last few days. It has started to lessen today, but it's still pretty much constant. Unfortunately, the only opening is for this Friday, so I'll have to wait it out....but what are those tablets you mentioned? Perhaps I will look into that for now. Thanks!Comment
