So, I have been on birth control for 4 years and try to take it with in 30 min every night. Last night I took it 3 hours late on accident and then had sex with my boyfriend this morning. I'm taking Ocella which is the generic brand of yasmin and I was 5 pills into my pack. Can anyone tell me what I should do? Am I over reacting??

The window you have is roughly 3 hours, but that does not mean you should be jumping around with the times you take the pill. If you take it at 6 then try to keep up with that instead of taking it at 7 one day and 9 the next and 5 the day after. Keep it consistent.
