    Pill side effects?

So I read through my little instruction packet that came with my birth control pills, and it says nothing in there about weight gain. Particularly in my chest area. I also get cramping every morning after I take it but no spotting like it said might happen the first few weeks. Is this normal? I started the pills a month ago and I've gone up a cup size.. If it's normal then I'll save the trip to my Dr.

    Thanks in advanced!!

Yes it is normal. The pill contains chemicals which mimic those already present in the body, estrogen and progesterone. The estrogen-like compounds are the ones responsible for the increased cup size. You do not need to see a doctor.
