So I read through my little instruction packet that came with my birth control pills, and it says nothing in there about weight gain. Particularly in my chest area. I also get cramping every morning after I take it but no spotting like it said might happen the first few weeks. Is this normal? I started the pills a month ago and I've gone up a cup size..
