There are no diaphragms that are latex free, right?
Do any of you use a Fertility Awareness Method that I can research more?

There are latex free diaphragms now. My doctor didn't encourage the cap, he said it is harder to ensure proper placement and easier to dislodge than the diaphragm. He did recommend the diaphragm.
Yes, I mentioned it in my previous post. Buy the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. You can get it cheapest off walmarts website (or that's where it was cheapest when I bought it) It teaches you everything you need to know and more about FAM. I chart every day now. It's pretty awesome actually.
