I have regular menstrual cycles and I use calendar method. Also I always have interrupted intercourse. But when I'm ovulating, I know those days according to menstrual calendar app, I try haven't sex.

On page is great explanation of natural methods (lunaception, cosmobiology). There is also a calculator for calculate fertility/infertility days in eech month. It seems useful to me and maybe someone will help.Comment

First of all the withdrawal method-NO! That is not 95% accurate. That is about 30% accurate. The pre cum is always flowing and it's more fertile than a cumshot.Comment
