Need help! plan b? UTI? chlamydia? or period?!

okay. me and my boyfriend have been dating 2 years, and we just had sex for the first time on wednesday. We were both virgins prior to that. During sex, the condom slipped of d and we werent sure if any semen had entered in. So, that friday, i went to the pharmacy and got Plan B. i took it that same day. We had sex a second time on Saturday, and then a third time on monday. We havnt done anything since then. Just two days ago, I had to go to the bathroom frequently, and sometimes, when I would try to urinate, only a small amount would come out, then at the end, i would feel a strong burning sensation that hurt like ****!!! I alsohad minor bleeding when urinating. it seemed like a urinary tract infection. So I made an appointment with my doctor. Who ordered a urine test. The results came back as definitely UTI, but something that threw her off was the fact that my white blood cell count was really high! I knew white blood cell count was one of the signs of chlamydia, but when she asked me if I had any new sex partners, and I said no, she ruled that out. She didnt give me time to explain that I just had sex for the first time. Also, later that day..the bleeding had increased, but it was coming from the vagina, not the urethra, so now when I think about it, I wonder if the bleeding was coming at allll from when I was peeing.
so...plan b...one of the symptoms is early menstrual cycle.
    chlamydia....bleeding between periods.
    urinary tract...bleeding while urinating!
which one is it!! its scaring me! or could it be all of them or some of them?!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME :'(

Sounds like a UTI and possibly Plan B.

If there are no reasons for you to feel that it is chlamydia, I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Also, if you still ever need to talk to the Dr and you feel that they are rushing you out of there, tell them to just stop for a minute and listen to what you have to say. Many Dr's feel that they explain everything fine and that you have no other questions or concerns, you need to just speak up.

Of course, you could get back into your Dr for another check up. It probably would have been beneficial for her to know that you had recently lost your virginity and took Plan B.

Did she go ahead and test you for std's?

I highly highly doubt you have an std. If the UTI is bad enough, it can result in an elevated white count. It is a bacterial infection, which elevates your white count.

Sounds to me like you have a really bad UTI, and you'll prob feel like a million bucks once you finish antibiotic. Finish ALL of your antibiotic though, a UTI can get out of hand and very dangerous if not treated properly. Add some AZO Cranberry (can buy at walmart) to your vitamin regimen every day.

Then I would think she wasn't concerned with you having an STD, otherwise, she'd have tested you. Most likely, you over analyzed what she said about your white count (I do that when I'm worried.) When I get a UTI, I usually know it IMMEDIATELY, and get to the doctor before the bad symptoms start to show. Therefore, IF my blood is tested in addition to the urine test, my white count may be slightly elevated, but nothing very high. If you were further along in the infection, she could've just been commenting on the elevation. I'm not sure why it would "throw her off".

No worries gal. Just get better.

And PS, as a result of the Plan B, expect some cramping, some bloating, some breast soreness, and possibly spotting. In other words, when those things happen throughout this next month, don't fret yourself to death over it. It's pretty typical side effects of Plan B.
