recently stoped pill, now have cramps, is it normal?

I stopped the pill 3 weeks ago has i wanted a break from birth control.

2 days after stopping it, i had 4 days of bleeding. during that i had unprotected sex quite a few times.

after i finished bleeding i had more unprotected sex, my partner and i were concerened so i took the morning after pill

the follwing week i had more unprotected sex, but he did not blow inside me. however i also recieved a small about of bledding but it was a light pinkish colour, i put it down to bleeding from rough sex.

but these last two days i have had servere lower abdominal pain and back pain, it keeps me up at night, last night i only had 3 hours sleep because of it. the pain in my stomach has diminished now and is only fate but i also have lower back pain and headaches. my breats are also very tender and i have headaches that come and go

could these be just side effects fom coming off the pill or could i be pregnant?

Since you are still bleeding on and off, most likely you are not Pregnant. Yes it could be from coming off the pill. You body will have to readjust to not be regulated by the Chemicals in the Pill..

If you continue to have unprotected sex, you probably will end up pregnant sometime. If you need a break from the pill there is always other types or Protection, Condoms for him , female condoms, Nuva Ring insert protection, spermicide foam and creams. Depo shots , Norplant. IUD's.

If you are having Pain, go see an OBYN.get tested for Tubal or regular Pregnancy, Any STD's, Cysts, ETC.
If you want to become Pregnant, now is the time to start eating properly, no drinking or smoking or drugs of any kind, plenty of exercise and generally taking good care of yourself, knock off the rough sex, so when and if you get Pregnant, you body will be a Healthy Place to Nourish the Baby.
