Should I be concerned?*

Im 20 and had my first depo provera shot about a month ago on my last day of my cycle, so the doctor said it would work straight away.*
My period pretty much stopped that day and me and my boyfriend had sex the next morning.*
I've been reading a lot about the shot and how you get a lot of spotting and bleeding when first taking it..*
I've had nothing. Just cramps like I'm about to start my period.*
Could I be lucky and my period just stopped straight away or could I somehow be pregnant?*

There is no set method to how it reacts in women, some spot some go without any sign of anything. There is the chance of spotting to occur mainly because the body is getting used to the chemicals being there but it is not guaranteed that you will spot. You are okay.

Only cramp is not the symptom of pregnancy. It may be due to sex and it is too early to guess that you are pregnant or not. You should wait till your next periods. If missed then take your first test after 2 to 3 weeks of missed periods.

It may due to sex, because cramp is not all the time sign of pregnancy. If you really want to be sure, just take a pregnancy test.
