Anyways, I also know that I am on day two of my "fertile" days. I was wondering if there would be a chance I could be pregnant and if so how long before I take a test? I won't be able to wait for my period since that is 3 months away. Will continuing to take the BC pills harm a baby if I am pregnant and don't know it? I also know that if I am not on BC I don't have regular periods due to PCOS. I need advice, any advice. I have a call in to my doctor but he is out of town until Monday. Thanks, Missy

On the 3 month BC and missed 3 pills...PG?
I am on the Zovia 1/35 BC and my doctor has me taking it as a 3 month BC for severe period cramps(Zovia is the only one that works with my migraine med.) . I ended my period this past Monday and I missed 3 pills in my "first week" of the new pack. I have had unprotected sex for those 3 days. I have never missed any pills in the four years I have been on BC. I have been so stressed and working so late this past week that my mind was gone and I just completely forgot the pills. I even forgot my migraine pills for three days!

Anytime you have Sex (if before Menopause or not Sterilized, him or her ) you have a chance of Pregnancy. Even the Pill, UID, Condoms ECT .. are not 100% effective.
People seem to forget that none of these " Birth Control " are a 100 % sure thing. So it's Best to use more than one Method, if Not wanting or Ready for a Child.
A Condom and the Pill, A IUD and Condom Spermicide and Condom and Pill, ?
Abstinence, Wow, odd thought when you know you are in your Fertile Days . Double Protection.
If you think you might be Pregnant because you forgot your Pill or other Protection .
Stop Smoking, Drinking, Doing any " recreational drugs " if you are doing them . Eat healthy, get away from Caffeine and Sugars and exercise lightly and drink Tons of Water . And use double Protection ( not the pill ) until you know if you are or Aren't Pregnant.
I'd wait 12 days after Missed Period before taking a Preggers Test. And If you read that pamphlet that Comes with you BC pills. It will say STOP IMMEDIATELY if you think you may be Pregnant. And to use alternate Methods of Birth Control .
One Hint.. I've mentioned before to others that think they might be Preggers after they Forgot a Pill . If you Brush your Teeth Every Morning, Put you Pills next to the Toothpaste & Brush . Unless you forget to Brush your Teeth in the morning...
You'll remember the Pill at Bedtime at least

Thanks for the advice. I know the pills aren't a 100% sure thing. I'm only on them right now to have regular periods. My husband and I aren't apposed to having to kids right now, but we aren't actively trying either(that's why we don't use a back up method). Do you know if it is safe to wait 3 months before doing a Pregnancy test or should I try to take one in a week or so? My biggest concern right now is that my periods only come every 3 months. So do I have to really wait that long to take a test?Comment
