I've had the marina in for about 9months now and ever since I have had really sharp pains come and go every so often. I also get really bad period pains a day before my period starts. Then my period lasts for about 2weeks and I still get pains. I was told that the marina would help with cutting down the bleeding and the pain but all its done is make my periods last longer so I am in pain for longer. I am considering taking it out now but am scared because of all the problems people have had with taking it out.

It is a big problem for every women. But I think your problem is very bad. I think you need a good doctor. For better result you can drink worm water.

My body rejected mine. I had pain for 3 weeks which they kept telling me was normal but wouldn't give me pain killers for it in case it wasn't normal pain. Finally one day my body managed to push it in to my cervix where it lodged and my doctor found and removed it. They charged my insurance a $300 "surgery" for her to pull on the strings. That is my failed mirena story.
