I am currently taking birth control pills that makes my cycle regular. I had unprotected sex on March 15th. The morning after I took plan b just for precautions. The next Tuesday I stopped taking my birth control pills to see if my period would come. By Thursday after I had my period but on Saturday it was gone. During my period I got a yeast infection. Now I have this really bad ovary pain and some back pain, it is the week I should be on my period. Is this normal? Also I have had an upset stomach but so have all my roommates.

Oh and I took a pregnancy test this morning it was negative but was it to early?

It is probably some side effects of the plan b pill because that's very powerful pill.. But from your information you have provided no you don't sound pregnant I don't even think its likely to be pregnant after the plan b pill but go check with a doctor to make sure.

Wait another week and test again. Don't just run to the doctor and rack up a doctor bill that might amount to nothing. Wait until you at least have a positive home pregnancy test, which I highly doubt will happen. If you were on regular birth control and ALSO took plan b you're most likely protected, but why did you stop taking your pill? Once you take the placebo pills you should have gotten your period. If you just keep taking them (as long as you really aren't pregnant) then your period should straighten out and become regular again.
