Advice please!
I've just started the pill this month, and im a little worried because im into the first day of my period and it hasnt come yet. I have cramps as usually so im thinking it may just be a tad late. However :/ my partner and i had unprotected sex exactly 7 days after i started the pill (id taken 5 sugar pills and 2 -3 normal pills). So yes I'm worried i could possibly be pregnant.. Any advice?? -
Your lack of a period could be due to just starting BC. It is worrisome to me that you had unprotected sex after only using 2-3 active pills. I know that to be fully covered at the start of BC you need to take at least 7 active pills.
But also, I know that stressing over a possible pregnancy can delay your period. (Has happened to me before). Try and relax. Also in a bit take a pregnancy test to ease your mind if you still haven't started your period. I know the first 2 months of my BC I didn't have a period, just a day of spotting here and there.
Best of luck! -
