Blank Pills, Can I Still Get Pregnant?

My boyfriend and I had sex earlier today and we didn't use a condom. He didn't orgasm inside me, he pulled out, but I know that doesn't always work. Right when we were finished it was time for me to take my birth control, but today I started the blank pills. Since it's the blank pill, is there a chance I can still get pregnant? About three days ago I missed a pill, I took them on time the days after that but I'm just kinda paranoid now.

As long as you take the active pills in the right way and begin you new packs on time, you're still protected from pregnancy during the inactive pill week. My fiance and I often have sex (condomless, no pull-out) during my inactive week and I've never gotten pregnant.

One missed active pill probably isn't a problem, although the chances of pregnancy do go up slightly but not a whole lot. So you're probably OK.

In doing research myself, one missed pill, as long as you take it as soon as you realize it's missed, really doesn't mes you up much. It's not taking them at the right time consistently, missing multiple times a month, etc, at really pose the problem.
I mean, regardless of reading that, I don't mess around. I have 2 alarms set on my phone to take my pills, and I have no guilt being a condom Nazi if I'm at all uncomfortable with my pill taking habits recently haha Better him be bummed he has to wrap it up, then having to wrap up a babies butt in 9 months!

Birth control pills would be pretty worthless if you weren't protected the whole time you are on them. The blank pill section is just a chance for your body to get rid of the built up uterine lining. You can't get pregnant because your body is getting ready to or started shedding that lining with no egg to release and no lining for the egg to implant on. Even missing one pill completely shouldn't get you pregnant if you've been taking each pack correctly. I used to skip my sunday yasmin pill every week so I could save them up and skip my period by taking those extra active pills until the next pack started when it was at an inconvenient time.

Now I'm on seasonique so only 3 periods and there are no inactive pills. The other color pills are just lower dose giving a very light if even existent period. I bleed for like one day. I can't skip any pills though because my body is always ready to revolt and start bleeding in the middle of a pack since it's so long between periods. It took a year to not have random light periods in the 3rd month pack.
