Okay. Usually, we don't use the condom until things start to get passionate and heated. This may be too much detail, but we strip down and have oral sex, he gives me finger jobs and I give him hand jobs, and anal sex -- all without protection. I will be strict about it from now on so I don't have to freak out and buy Next Choice One Dose again.

Well you don't have to make him arrive at your place already wearing one, but if you get it on him before he starts getting frisky, no accidents will happen.

Okay. Thank you! I am just hoping Next Choice works. He is always careful and doesn't want any accidents to happen either. Plus, this time he said he couldn't "finish" and that was several minutes after he put the condom on.

Tomorrow (Sunday) will be exactly 1 week since I took Next Choice. I have not had any spotting, which is said to be a common side effect of taking it. So what does that mean? Does it mean I will get my period? I consistently get my period on the 28th day of my cycle.

Remember that the Plan B pill is a hormone - so whatever your body usually does consistently, it probably won't do. Your cycle might re-settle on another day of the month, or it might be irregular for some time.

I woke up yesterday to my period, right on time. I am so happy and relieved. Next Choice worked and from now on, I will be more careful about using protection. Even though this period is on time, is it possible that it could still effect the timing of my next period?
