    Over the Counter drugs and the pill

    I recall hearing that certain over the counter drugs and antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of the pill. I'm not sure which OTC drugs they are? Anyone know? Thanks!

    most antibiotics such as amoxicillin, and anything with antihistamines in it like benadryl can interfere...if your getting it over the counter though your doctor should warn you...
