ok im on the pill but if any1s read my other posts i always forget to take it an wat i was wonderin is when i have forgoten it wat are the chances of getin pregnant? wat i mean is is it like im completly unprotected or has the ?efectiveness? jus been reduced sorry bout spellin hope i make sence lol

if you don't take is as recommended- every day, you can't rely on it to be effective. it needs to remain in your system and your body needs to get used to it too.. put it somewhere that you go to or by something you use absolutely every day without forgetting. like in your bathroom. or by your fridge! or cell phone, or something...

If you take vitamins daily when you wake up or something, its pretty easy to just take all of the pills you need for the day at once. Also a lot of cell phones have an alarm function, that's what i use to remind me. I like it because my schedule is really wacky so it makes sure that i take it at the same time every day. It's supposed to be taken within one hour from the time you took it the day before. If this is doesn't work for you maybe you should look into nuva ring or the patch.

I set a reminder on my phone and so does my bf lol we`re super careful!!
