I am a little scared right now.
I went and got my depo shot, and where she gave it to me, is swollen, red, and is a LUMP...what is happening???

I got that also---mine also brusied after a few days. I don't think there is anything to worry about, they told me it was just a reaction to the shot. It will go away. Good Luck!

mine is starting to bruise, and the lump is going away....still hurts pretty bad though!!!

No problem, it really worried me too when it happened to me. I am glad I could help. Good luck with the Depo---I really didn't mind it. I hear stories about it, but i never had the problems other people did. If you have any other question or anything feel free to ask!

Its not uncommon to have that when you get Depo or the flu shot for that matter.

Discoloration too.

I would get those as well, I also got skin discoloration on my arm where they injected me multiple times. If I were you I would keep changing the injection site to avoid that from happening, it eventually went away.
