Laser hair removal followed by sugaring

Recently I underwent a hair removal procedure by Laser. I feel although the results are fine but sometimes I have this tingling sensation in the perineum. Sort of a numbness ensues afterwards. I have been told that it's temporary but wanted to know if there is no cause for concern. Moreover, if some expert could suggest whether sugaring is an adviseable followup procedure. Can Kalo be used as an inhibitor at this time. Thanks to any suggestions and tips.
