A woman I'm dating had it done on her underarms. It didn't work out well. Hair still grows in her underarms, but it is very fine. She can go weeks without shaving her underarms. She said that she wished that she hadn't wasted time and money on it because it takes only seconds to shave.

She started on her bikini line, but stopped. I think she said it hurt too badly. Regardless, it was expensive. She has reverted to using a razor. She normally keeps her pubic region trimmed and groomed, but she'll cheat during cold weather months. A couple weeks ago, she asked me if I wanted her to trim it. I told her that I hadn't noticed, so she was good. She's brunette with black pubic hair, so it's very noticeable. When it grows beyond her bikini line, she's usually good about shaving it, which I appreciate. However, I've never told her to shave anything. The way I figure it, how a woman grooms is her business.

A few years ago she went out with a dude whom she had met online. On their first and only date, he told her that he likes a woman's pubic hair completely shaved. He was indirectly telling her how he wanted her to look for the next date that he never got. She asked what I thought. I asked her if she liked the guy. She didn't. She thought that he was far too presumptuous. And she didn't want to shave her bush. She's very comfortable with her pubic hair. She told me that her daughter, who's in her mid-20's used to completely shave her pubic hair, but now let's it grow. Apparently the bush is back.

Laser didnt work I performed 22 procedures on the face (above the lip and chin), with both elos, and diode epilation and alexandrite laser. At me voloski dark, therefore dropped out within a week, somewhere weeks 3 nothing at all grows, a skin smooth, but then start to appear again. So I scored on these salon procedures, it's not cheap, and my two-year experience of epilating has shown that it's all a waste of money, and they promised that after 8 procedures, hair will grow much less. Genetics is a complicated thing, you can not fight against it. So draw conclusions. At the moment I remove all the excess vegetation with a depilator, I do not feel the pain, but the hairs grow, of course, faster than after epilation ... In all these dope, nut juices and other nonsense I do not believe, it's complete nonsense, unnecessary waste of time.

My dermatologist's nurse told me that her physician's hair removal practice is big money. From what I understand, insurance doesn't cover cost because it's considered cosmetic.

I completely understand and have deep and sincere empathy for women who have dark hair on their faces who want it lasered. If I could, I'd pay for their laser hair removal. Since men don't notice most of the stuff women do to make themselves look beautiful, I'd take a fantastic vacation vacation with money allocated for laser hair removal. Take a few disposable razors with you.

I don't know of a single dude who'd look for indicators that a woman hasn't shaved in a few days, nor do I know a dude who'd kick a woman out of bed if she hasn't shaved in a week.

Bikini lines are the only places where women's lack of razor attention looks tacky if they're wearing bikinis. If she ain't in a bikini, it ain't gonna matter.

My g/f tried laser hair removal. It wasn't for her.

I know my opinion doesn't amount to much, but I'd opine that women oughta go with razors when hair removal is necessary. There is huge money in women's beauty. My dermatologist has told me that nearly all over-the-counter beauty-enhancing products don't work. But there is huge money to be made separating women from their money by convincing them that Cindy Crawford and Christie Brinkley's products will make women look younger and more beautiful. Some will work like Revision Brightening Facial Wash and vitamin "C" serum, but it's expensive. She has told me that the best product that men and women can use is good-quality sun screen.

Apparently, the women tattoo fad is fading. My dermatologist does a sizable business removing tattoos from women. She said it's very expensive and there is always a remnant of where a tattoo was removed. I was told, again, that insurance won't pay for tattoo removal because it's considered cosmetic.

BTW, Google, "Women shaving their faces." They do it to exfoliate, not hair removal.

        Best of luck

You're 100% right about genetics. It's the primary indicator of your lifespan. When you see a primary care physician, one of the first things she'll ask you is lifespans of your parents.

I hope you find a procedure that works for you.

My advice is to contact a dermatologist from highly regarded training hospital such as Johns-Hopkins or Mayo Clinic. See if a dermatologist from such a medical facility can help you.

Your condition might be covered by medical insurance because it seems it would impede your quality of life and ability to work.

I sincerely wish you the best.
