I'm 21 years old, I haven't had a period in a year. I started using birth (pill)control when i was 17 because my periods were irregular and still were after . July 2005, I when for my annual and decided to change to the shot after that in September i bleed for 3 weeks then i lost my period. Is this possible for me? Well i be able to have kids. What's wrong? Please HELP!

I think that if you're on "the shot," you are not supposed to have your period anymore...

That happens with the Depo shot for sure.

I've been wondering about the Depo Shot because I'm irregular like you Eden I don't always have a period and I have not had one up til now my mom has been wanting to take me to the doctor but I would not go I'm convinced that God can help this come for me I have total faith in him like becky said I'll look into that Vitamin K and Magnesium

I was on the shot for about 4 or 5 years I did not get my period at all. I've been off for about 2 1/2 years and started again recently. I was spotting a little and now I have gotten my period. My doctor said that some woman get their period when they are on the shot and some don't. I'm not real concerned about it at this point. Unless I continue to spot.
