I usually get these very intense headaches either a week before or a week after my menstrual is due...I find myself getting to the point of almost falling out (dizziness) the headaches are so intense...and they come periodically...say like if I've been sitting and I get up and just start stirring around...I find that I will have one of the spells...this has been happening since I was like 11 and my cycle started....so is this just a symptom or is this something I should really be worried about?
