I am a 31 year old female. I have not had a single period in the last 3 years. I dont believe stress would last that long because thats what the doctors tell me. There is something wrong. I have no children and want them. I need some advice please

This truly is not normal for any woman. You should definitly make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can. (By the way, the only time that this is common is when you are involved in a high intensified aerobic training because your body fat differs from us normal women).Comment

Being in a constant state of severe stress, depression, or ill health will in fact stop menstruation in many women. But if your life is not like that, then I would be concerned. There could be an underlying health condition preventing your periods from happening. It could be something seriou or something simple like a hormone imbalance. You could also be experiencing very early perimenopause. Regardless, you need to see a specialist about this as soon as possible. Letting it go could lead to serious health problems or infertillity.Comment
