I know it's different for everyone, but how long might it take before I start to see results? I know it'll take months to years to actually rid the problem, but as far as *starting* to notice changes, should that be immediate? (I've been dealing with this a year and a half now). Because I've been doing the cleanse for 2 days now and still feel just as disgusting and irritated. It's really discouraging, I'm just trying to keep a positive attitude...

candida cleanse
So I'm doing a candida cleanse to help with my vaginal issues...I'm taking the actual cleanse supplement itself, along with 6 billion cfu in probiotics every day. I also take a multivitamin and I've made drastic changes in my diet (although still not perfect, due to the fact that it's expensive!).

The fact your researching, joining forums, trying different cleanses, seeking all information and working out how it can work for you, you will find the solution..
I dont' think 2 days personally is enough at all.
It's a bit like birth control, takes 4 weeks for our bodies to adjust, this is an adjustment stage for you, hang in there and see where your at in a month.
Are you on birth control or any antibiotics? I am sure they play a part in all of this.
Changing your diet is also an excellent way for you to go..
Good for you, remain positive.

I am on BC, but I have been for 5 years and this just started up last year...so I'm hoping I don't have to go off of it to solve the problem. I'm gonna try the cleanse and diet change first and see where that gets me.
The diet change is tough because foods that don't have dairy/wheat/sugar in them make for a more expensive grocery bill, but I'm doing my best...almost no dairy whatsoever, the only sugar is 4 grams in my oatmeal in the morning, and avoiding wheat as much as humanly possible. And I've about tripled my intake of the proper veggies in the last week or so.
So, crossing my fingers. I'm maniacal about the cleanse and probiotics together, I nearly count down the minutes every day until my next "dose" because I'm hoping this will at least do me some sort of good. It's been a LONG year and a half of dealing with this.Comment
