  • Way to start up a delayed period

Not pregnant, but my period is missing! "Delayed" Any tips and cures to get it back on track... I know parsley tea should help but anything else? All help will be GREATLY appreciated..

  • Ugh, that's happened to me before, a few years ago. I'm not sure how to get a period started, I didn't even know there was a way. I figured you just wait it out. My mom always said hot baths/showers get things moving so maybe give that a shot?

I can also suggest you going on birth control pills. They regulate your period almost to the day, so eventually you'll know what week you will/should be getting it.

    • WC suggests ginger, there is a post from yesterday or the day before about it. As she always says, "It should get things moving along."
