I have EXACTLY the same issues... It's so annoying that most of the times, I don't even want to have intercourse with my hubby and I'm a NEWLYWED!!! Can you imagine what it's like to tell him I don't like it because his semen BURNS me? I'm desperate for answers... I have been told that I have Strep B Group and I don't know what else to do. I've been suffering throught these yeast/ bv-like symptoms for 3 years now... every since my tubal pregnancy, which was aborted.

      Hi All
Well, after three months of waiting and seeing and testing, the gyno has come to the conclusion that I have recurrent thursh and that she is going to be giving me something that is to be used for six months and need to have monthly check ups.

I am so happy that we have a solution and that when I get it again, I can go to her and get the treatment and we can start it.

DivineDeeva, I understand completely. My gyno told me that Strep B is a normal bacteria and it cant be the main issue why I kept getting what I kept getting (Thursh).

I have have listed for you a link of a book that I suggest to read and print out relevant pages and talk to your gyno about it. It sounds like you could have thrush that comes with your period. I have recently changed my pill so I am seeing how that goes *Outbound link removed* Please check out this book.

          Allergy

Try an antihistamine. I had a similar problem, I was becoming sensitive to a lot of things just around the time of ovulation. The never regions were becoming sensitive due to increase hormones, bld supply and arousal. I also had weird sneezing. Once in the morning and once at night. At the end of my cycle, things would settle down again.

You think? I might give it a go and see what happens. Never thought it could be. I think my sneezing is normal, wouldnt call it weird. It's normal to me.

                Hiya Itchy
I would love to say that I am finally cured, in away yes I am, it took awhile for my GYN to pin point the reason why, my combined pill was the reason. She started me on the Implanon (single hormone in the arm that lasts three years). Ever since getting it inserted in March 10, I've not had any thrush up until today. I went back to the doctor and got my test results, I have minor thrush (which the normal treatment will fix) and Group Strep B to the point of it needing antibiotics to calm it down a bit.

I have been told by my regular doctor (as this one I just saw isnt but could quiet easily become regular), that Strep B is normal and it is normal to be there, its not a bad bacteria, however, sometimes it can grow out of control, she told me to manage the symptoms, which is to use Dermaveen shower wash to wash in and not soap, she's also gave me a cream to use if I got any of those annoying symptoms called Hydrozole. Since managing these symptoms, I've not really had much Strep B, until this time round.

                I hope this helps.

I talked to you on the other thread but it was the same thing for me I had the itching at every period cycle. It was always yeast! I had it no matter on birth control or not. But I don't have the problem anymore now that I changed to vegetarian, diva cup, I wash with a organic wash unscented, started a new hormone, and do my probiotics, I'm glad you found answers!

Thanks missbuterfuly, I will check it out and see if anyone sells it over here. Australia has very strong laws/rules about what can come in our boarders. Hopefully I can get it here.
