Believe it or not, I actually had a boyfriend a few yrs back that forbid me to go to my then current gyno because he was a guy. He went on and on accusing me of looking forward to a paps. LOL!!! Then again, this is the same guy who broke up with me and got Irate when I agreed and I had been wanting to do it but didn't know how. I cant imagin why that relationship only lasted 2 months. :P

Miya No worries, you didn't offend me. It really all about how you feel. The lady I found is very nice. It's simple things like making me laugh after an exam by tossing a tissue box at me and tell me its for the goop. She seems concerned. After we got the bleeding to stop she set up a 3 month appointment just to follow up on the issue. When she called about the HPV and precancerous cells it wasn't like most who you either talk to the assistant or get rushed off the phone before asking questions. Every other Gyno i've been to I've felt like nothing more than a number. With them they are very nice people. The whole office is nothing but women. Not a man in site which makes me feel a bit more at ease.

well of course I didn't find out much yesterday. I have an ultrasound scheduled for next Thursday. Of course I'm scared of what they might find. She did yet another exam. If setting spread eagle isn't bad enough, lets do it while bleeding!!! Oh so much fun. Thats about the 4th exam I've had in these 6 months. She says everything looks good there and she feels nothing abnomal in doing the pelvic. So anywho, I'm back on Prometrium. The last time this happened, Prometrium stopped the bleeding. I then had a normal period soon after and 6 weeks later I started again and kept going. She knows I do want to get pregnant so she doesnt want me to be on birth control, so for the next 3 months i have to take prometrium for 10 days, wait 16 days, take it again, wait 16 days and take it again. Try to force my body to get back on track and try to provent the uterine walls to build up. Of course that might change depending on the ultrasound.
I have to say, I love my doctor. I didn't have to ask for nothing. after us talking and after she saw physically how I was bleeding she came in with the ultra sound form. I honestly think before she didnt believe me because everytime I went there, I would stop bleeding that day. Even she says "oh wow, i see what your saying now". I guess seeing is believing.

well I did the ultrasound on Thursday. Doctor said she should have the results in the next couple days. I hate this waiting . I ended up getting alos a transvaginal ultrasound as well. OH how much fun!!! I so want to know whats going on but so terrified of what it is. The prometrium didn't work this time around so I'm still bleeding. Yeah I know I cant think the worse but after what I went through last yr, I just cant help being way freaked out. I guess i'll let you ladies know what the doc says when I get the call from her
