Having white discharge for a few months
I'm 20 and have been sexually active since 18 and never noticed anything out of the ordinary, but I recently noticed a white discharge thats somewhat lumpy and had a slight oder. It feels irritated as if the skin has been rubbed raw, a little itchy, and it will sometimes be red and slightly swollen. I haven't been able to have sex with my boyfriend for more than 15 minutes without it starting to hurt. I have gotten discharge before, but it has gone away with a couple of days, but this time its slightly more persistant and I have noticed it before. I know that one of the things thatI will be advised to do is go see an OB/GYN but I don't have insurrance nor a job and my boyfriend can't afford to pay for it right now. -
Planned parenthood for obgyn issues?
The discharge typically isn't a red light for concern,, however the other symptoms of itching & agravation are a bit concerning? & should be checked out by your obgyn a.s.a.p. Also it's unfortunate you as well as millions of other Americans don't have medical insurance, oh how I wish all Americans had medical insurance! My daughter doesn't have medical insurance either, she goes to planned parenthood, so my advise is to give them a call & explain your situation. Good Luck to you. MelodyComment
