Could adderoll be the cause of my missed period..or is it something else?

To start things out, I have not had sex. So i'm not pregnant.

I started taking adderall xr 20 mg like September 7th maybe (it is prescribed).
My last period started on Sept 4th I don't recall when it ended.

My period hasn't come yet..and it's almost november.
I'm normally pretty regular when it comes to my periods.
I've been really stressed out lately like super stressed.
I've also been changing the dosage of my medicine pretty regularly trying to figure out what works for me.

Do you guys think it could cause my late periods?

Also, Yesterday when i was wiping, there was a super small spot of blood on the toilet paper...but it wasn't the start of my period.
Also my boobs always get swollen and hurt really bad right before my period...there has been none of that.

(warning:i know this is gross haha) but i've been kind of..hmm constipated lately. Sometimes i feel really bloated or gassy (ha) but no #2..the last time i went was sunday (it's wend now)

I havn't really had any (vaginal) discharge lately either..usually i have kinda a lot.

So what do you think is wrong?

Firstly, don't change the medication in-take to see what works for you unless your Doctor has suggested this.

This is a powerful drug and if you take too much, you can obtain heart pulputations so please stick to what ever was suggested and if your not happy with that, go back to your Doctor and discuss it with him/her.

Yes, this drug as most drugs will cause constipation, so ensure you drink more water and perhaps eat more fruit to help you out there.

It also can cause a loss of interest in sex, seeing as your a Virgin, this still applies therefore, to not being "wet" as you were previously and therefore, being more dry.

There is no indication pertaining to periods but seeing as you only started taking this for the past month or so, it's possible that it's disturbing the usual pattern of your cycle and should get itself back into swing, hense your spotting.

Other things you may experience, is loss of appetite, loss of sleep, weight loss and a dry mouth.

But again, I stress please don't take the medication in-different to what the Doctor told you to take..

I don't take my medicine different then my doc says to! don't worry lol
I've gotten the dosage switched a couple different times
Like i started with 20 mg, then i went to 30 mg, then i went down to 25 mg

I actually just started re-taking adderall i was prescribed adderall back in Feb 09 I stopped taking it during the summer (so june-sept 7)

When first prescribed (Feb-Jun) i stuck with the 20 mg

But this year is when i've been changing my dosage bc it doesn't seem to work the same
