    hi there!

I know how things that seem out of the ordinary can give you a fright or a bit of a shock. but just relax, breathe and do your best to reign in your mind, that wants to go crazy making up all sorts of stories about what's going on. this just fuels your emotions and you have no idea about any of these ideas even being true yet. so do your best to relax and stick to the facts. and you won't know that facts until you get checked. So, it would be a good idea to go to your doctor/GP and get a papsmear just to check it all out. do you have regular papsmears anyway? is a good idea, especially if you are sexually active. have you been using condoms? also a good idea.

All the best and take good care of your self! X

Go to the family doctor and ask to do swabs not just the pap-smear test but also do a HPV test and make sure you do tell your doctor you want to be checked for all STD's including that HPV swab. Wait for you results about two weeks or so and then take it from there. For some STD's such as HPV if its caught in the early stage you can prevent your self from cervical cancer. If it is genital warts that you might have contracted it might not be the high risk HPV but you will still need to get treated for it. I am not trying to scare you but it would be a good idea to go and get your self checked. If you feel uncomfortable to go to your family doctor, you can check your nearest local STD clinic and do the tests there, just remember to take the HPV swab as well.

Let me know how it goes.

      Take care,
