PLEASE HELP ME!!
i have very very horribly painful cramps. it doesnt allways happen only every once in a while but when it does i might as well be giving birth it hurts so bad ... but i have never had a child so i wouldnt know. but i have tried everything. i cant take birth control because they all make me sick. i use a heating pad when it happens but that doesnt work that well. all i can do is take advil and lay down. i end up crying and screaming in pain. idk what to please help me

Here in Australia, you get a pill called Chemists Own. They are extremely good for any pains, especially period pain! They help me a lot!

I think you need to get to a doctor
