    crippeling cramps

I have horrible, horrible, horrible menstrual cramps. Last summer I had laproscopic surgery because they thought I had endometriosis but everything was clean. My dr. says there is no reason for my cramps but they litteraly cripple me they are so bad. I use a heating pad, I take pain killers, nothing works. I dont know what to do at this point, any suggestions?

I've had laproscopic surgery as well, I don't think it really helped that much.
I've tried literally everything and the only two things that have worked were acupuncture and progestrone cream.
I did acupuncture for almost a year and it really helped. It's expensive, but to me it was worth it.
The progestrone cream is fairly inexpensive ($30 a bottle that lasts about a month or more) You can get it at your health food store.

Sourpuss-thanks for the advice. Will the cream affect my hormone levels? I have PCOS too so tampering with that could cause me a lot of greif, otherwise i'll deffinatly give it a try

        It actually will help that.
I'll post a website on your page about it.
