definately normal
breast tenderness is always one of my symptoms. Mine were so tender this last week it even hurt to wear a bra. Even my hubby noticed they had become a bit swollen. I laughed and said yea I have to go through PMS to have the boobs I want. He just laughed. Yes they will hurt. Its best to wear tanks under your shirts if you can or go braless when you can and don't lay on your stomach when sleeping. Oh and definately don't run talk about ouch. that always is uncomfortable for me during pms. shoot even when I'd wake up in the morning and get out of bed they'd hurt. Their's nothing to be alarmed about it's just part of PMS. I kind of like it to some extent cause it does make my boobs look bigger for a few days. Then when I start and go through my period you can almost see them go back to normal. its strange how these things happen.Comment
