    soap down there?

    is it bad to use soap when washing down there? what else am i supposed to use?

    My doctor told me never to use soap except on the very
    outside of the pubis to avoid any getting inside of the
    vagina and upsetting the ph balance.

      wow i didnt know this, i have been using soap all this time. Thats probably why i get a burning sometimes. What is good to use then, just water?

        washes

        Ladies there are many femine washes you can buy these days to use. They are over in the personal care aisle. There are also those personal cleansing clothes you can buy these days. I hope this helps you.

          Basically, plain water does it, and maybe a
          bit of vinegar inside, but nothing else is
          necessary as the vagina is self cleaning.
