    HELP NOW>>>>Miss MeSha Needs Help!!!!

Ok here is my problem. On September 2nd of 2006, after having my third child, I got my tubes tied. You could set a clock by my periods. I stress all of the time but it has never interrupted my cycle. Every season, my period arrives five days early. When my period starts, I get a warning; a small gush to let me know that I have about a good six hours to prepare, pad and protect. lol

Yesterday, there were spots. little, little spots. So I padded and have been spotting ever since yesterday morning around nine o'clock. To be clear, they are little tiny spots. lol. I have NEVER been a spotter!!! When my period actually starts, my flow is strong. No strength and no flow....SPOTS!!!

Any advice? Miss MeSha needs you!!! lol

    I'm not a doctor but...

    hello there,
I am not a physician by any means, and I do not know your age, but have you looked into peri-menopause... it's like the beginnings of menopause. I think that is one of the symptoms... I hope this helps

Geez, I hope not too at 31

Age does have alot to do with irregularity and when it decides to start, who knows.

Stress may not have caused any issues before, but you know, we're getting a little older and, so our body is going to start at some stage reacting differently.

        You know your not pregnant.

So, don't worry about it... it will either turn into a proper period or you'll just spot this month..

If it happens next month, back you go to your Doctor to ask if there are any issues or tests that you should do....

There are so many things that can disrupt or change your cycle, diet, stress, exersize levels, medications, chemical exposure and sometimes it just changes. Is there anything else going on with it? Pain, bloating?

Well this morning I felt gross! My stomach felt like and it wasn't like my usual "before my period cramps". It was more like a dull stomach ache and for the first time in a long time, after the kids went to school I slept until noon. And I did begin an exercise routine on my abs several weeks ago to get toned for the summer. Then my son came home from school, ate some ranch doritos and breathed in my face asking me a question. I got nauseas and decided to take a walk to get some fresh air.

Thanks girls. Right now, I feel like my period is on, but nothing is coming out. I'll just wait it out and see...not to long though. Thanks again

Try getting some fresh ginger root and adding it to a cup of hot tea. That usually jump starts things dramtically. And it will settle your stomach.

Even though I hate her when she comes around and I can't wait until she leaves, I get kind of bugged out when SHE DOESN'T SHOW UP AT ALL!!!!! lol or at least I'm trying to. I'll keep you guys posted. I'm all tuckered out and it's been a long day. I have a craving for some nice hot tea and off to bed-e-bye I go. Call ya tomorrow.
