hey girls!
It does not happen always. Most of the time i get my periods normally without any pain. But to back day was my Day 1 and i had severe pain on my back and in belly is that normal. I did not take any pain killers as i thought it might make me addicted to it. Should i have taken one pain killer? I am feeling Ok now but i am asking if in case i feel pain again.

Sounds normal to me. A hot water bottle or heating pad helps. You can take a few midol, no problem too.

A regular dose of exercise and sufficient hydration would help as well. I experience pain most months.
