i seem to have pimples that are by my pubic area. they get a lilttle puss in them when they sort of mature. what is it, is there something seriously wrong with me inside?

Do you shave the area? Shaving (or waxing for that matter) can lead to pimples. Or it could be Molluscum, a skin condition that can be sexually transmitted that produces pimples with pus in them. -
Pimples are usually caused by a buildup of oils that result from bad hygeine.
Unless its a staph infection, which I HIGHLY doubt, you just need to start washing a little more intensely and maybe using some sort of skin exfoliant.
