is it normal?
i always throw up when im on my period and i was just wondering if this is normal. or if anyone else does? also if you could tell me what causes it, that would really be great too. it started 2 years ago and has been happening ever since. thanks in advance.

Do you have bad cramping? Diarrhea as well? I had nausea, bad cramps, etc for years. So in the bad period sense, yeah it's "normal". Although periods that bad aren't necessarily normal. -
Some people do. I have a cousin who does and to her it is okay. But it is a case-to-case basis. How old are you, may I ask? Do you have other persisting ailments?Comment

Ah the same used to happen to me! Well I didn't actually throw up, but I always felt like I was going. Stomach was upset and mouth watering, it happened to me for years. It goes away eventuallyComment
