is it normal to discharge after your cycle? if so for how long? also is it normal to have menstraul cramps a week after your cycle? cause after my last cycle this is what has been going on with me.

just different changes in your body going through different stages, no period is really ever the same, it can vary widely and dishcharge is no different, if it smellsweird or is discoloured, then check with your gp, could be an infection , but if its clear and has no real smell to it, then its ok.Take it easy! One step at a time x -
I have discharge 365 days in the year. It's annoying, but "normal". Every person is different. I've never heard of cramps afterward but if it only lasts for a week I wouldn't be concerned.Comment
