I have used them. Yes, they work. I have only used the Instead cups. You can get them at most any department store here in the U.S. or several sites sell them online. They are great for longer wear (can wear up to 12 hours).If you smile when no one else is around, you really mean it.

Okay - so curiosity got the best of me and I went and bought some of the Instead cups Friday night. I started using them immediately when I got home. I REALLY REALLY like them, not sure if I'd use them all the time but the 12 hour wear is REALLY convenient. It is um, messy, upon removal, but I'm sure with time and practice it gets better. There are other cups I may try that look like removal isn't as messy as the Instead cup.
Also, I tried them on my heavier flow days where I would normally go through a super tampon in 2-3 hours. But after about 5-6 hours, I had no leaking whatsoever.
But yeah, all in all, I like them.Comment

I have been using my DivaCup for about 6 months now...LOVE IT!!
...They have a great informative website that will tell you all you need to know about their product...there are 2 sizes, the recommended prebirth cup and then a slightly larger one for women who have had vaginal births or who are over 30...their website is *Removed outbound link* ...I would definitely recommend it to anyone...
