I am a little worried, this is the first time of this happening to me. I am 45 years old and my cycle is a month late. I know I am not pregnant because I am not seeing anyone. I already have two daughter, I would like to know what is going on with me is normal for my age and should I do.

I just responded to your post in the WH Feedback forum. It could be that you are beginning perimenopause, where you periods can become irregular. Check with your dr to make sure there are no other issues.
